At this moment in time,   no one, from the lying Legal team at Carphone Warehouse,   and  the Solicitor from Bell & Scott to the Judiciary who failed to charge her with failing to produce the one piece of evidence she was ordered to,  yet told me I could not bring an action for harassment against CPW because "wait for it "I HAD  BROUGHT THE CASE.       Have made any move to defend their good names
If it hadn't been so serious for me, I could have laughed at the idiocy  and pomposity of it all.`.

    Hi Bill

    I have read your story and think you have been treated despicably by the legal profession in Scotland. Unfortunately too many members of the profession make their living preying on the weak and the vulnerable.
    Keep up your fight.

    Thanks for your support Robert, the Lying Rhona M Wark from Bell & Scott, ably abetted by the laugh a minute apology on the bench made sure Justice was not only not done, but seen not to be done.
    Remember her name, if you are ever cought in the act and need a brief without scruples who will lie for you for a few bob extra. She is worth every penny.

    Hello again Robert, It is easy to name, but impossible to shame the shameless, I did managed to do some research at the Court and got the name of the Sheriff.
    T. Millar also, I have the name of the lying clown of Carphone Warehouse's legal team who offered me £100 to drop the final case then, being short on the brain cells, insisted that the offer had been £300 to the equally dim Rhona M. Wark of Bell & Scott, forgetting that she had already been informed, and repeated the offer to me that it was £100. She herself, knew in turn that she was lying when she waffled to the Sheriff that, that "CPW Legal Office" is just a shambles, that's all I can say, a pure shambles, to explain why she had failed to bring the tape ordered at the proof hearing, confident, no doubt that the Sheriff was not going to question her further, and also that CPW would consider it good business to ignore or accept her comments if it saved them a few bob

      What could she say if it wasn't already in her programming, and anyway, if she challenged me in court, she couldn't risk getting a lady magistrate or even a limp wristed gelding and her only advantage would have been nullified

      No such luck. Lying is their trade and profession, lying low when they are found out is their wonted custom.
